Breakfast Point demonstrated Our Agency’s ability to successfully manage the marketing of a major masterplanned community. This 52 hectare development at Mortlake on the Parramatta River is more than just a masterplanned project – it’s a suburb in itself, with more than 1300 homes and apartments sold over 12 years. Working closely with developer Rose Group, we were responsible for branding and marketing for well over a decade, maintaining our passion, creativity and service-driven attitude. A design award or three made working on the project all the more enjoyable.
