OUR MARKET

High achievers & high net worth, empty nesters living in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, with a sprinkling of younger, highly successful professionals. These people have lived most of lives in absolute luxury, residing in very large, opulent homes worth many millions of dollars. They have finally made the decision to downsize into an apartment, and by god – it will need to be of a very high standard indeed. Given their new living quarters is a fraction of the space they are used to, their expectation is that every minute detail be considered, utilising the most expensive & crafted finishes possible.

OUR STRATEGY

The objective is to raise the bar in luxury apartment living sentiment. To assist the target audience into understanding, realising and appreciating apartment living on a scale of opulence that they can relate to. Not an easy task. Easy to read (highly legible) and creative copy & location photography combined with world class print and digital methodology, was our chosen path of realising the objective of hand crafted opulence.

Just when our market thought living in Double Bay couldn’t get any better – SJD, the acclaimed developer of 1788, took it up a notch. Right next door – yet on another plane, Encore 1788 Residences will be in a class of its own. Stylish, elegant, captivating and beyond comparison. Everything our market expects and then some, theirs for the taking, but for a limited time only.

OUR AESTHETIC

Unique, considered and high end, was our end game. Hand carved typography and an alchemy of bronze, gold and silver evoke a feeling of aspiration, emanating the values of top flight luxury, wealth, power, and class. Double Bay, all the way, and then some.

OUR RESULTS

So far – so great. With over 70% of apartments sold at launch, at suburb breaking prices. Not just any suburb either, we’re talking about Double Pay – sorry – Bay – here. The client – who has used several established property agencies to this point commented that “this campaign has well exceeded our expectations”. For what it’s worth – we think it’s pretty cool too…
