Our Agency were tasked with the challenge of creating a compelling brand identity for start up boutique property developer, Freehold Capital. Working closely with the founder Luke Calpis, we helped crystallise his focus and collectively created a unique positioning that delivers high end residential and commercial projects, revealing the unexpected potential of unique sites in remarkable locations. Further to this we also created the brand, CGI and marketing campaign for Freehold’s first two luxury boutique residential projects, The Riley and On Bourke.
