The site occupies 27 hectares in the highly sought-after Studley Park precinct, just ten minutes from the Melbourne CBD. Almost 300 $2-3 million homes were presented in a sophisticated marketing campaign directed solely at local and overseas Chinese buyers. Every stage of the project was a sold-out success. Our innovative use of CG animation combined with luxuriously presented brochures was a huge hit with the buyers and the client alike. The project won both Best Design and Best Real Estate Brochure at the 2010 Australian Catalogue Awards and Best Graphics Design in 2011.
