Our standout award-winning positioning ‘Village life. City style.’ captivated investors and owner-occupiers resulting in some 1300 registrations of interest ahead of the project’s VIP launch. Perfectly positioned between the Sydney CBD and Glebe village, Mezzo offered a unique mix of vibrant urban living and a relaxed village setting – a theme which echoed throughout our creative marketing campaign.

A mix of drone and helicopter aerials set the scene for our CGIs and animations allowed us to create a high-definition two-minute film for the project. For the display suite we delivered three 55″ high-definition interactive touchscreens for the sales team. The creative zigzag branding on the brochure was also a hit with the judges at the 2015 Australasian Catalogue Awards and Our Agency was garnished with the most prestigious Best In Class Design Award.
