North Park
North Park is a masterplanned community comprising 180 blocks of prime residential land located in the vibrant growth region of Schofields. Featuring urban planning by the award-winning design firm Roberts Day, it’s set amid 32 hectares of parklands and conveniently surrounded by a number of established community facilities and transport links, with expansive views of the majestic Blue Mountains. While the lots were extremely affordable, the campaign was still presented in a highly creative and engaging manner to appear aspirational.
