Ridge Park Estate

A town built around a community. And a community built around the natural environment. Ridge Park Estate is a 92 lot land subdivision in Warnervale, on the NSW Central Coast, developed by our long standing client Atlas Developments. Our brief was to cut through the myriad of competitors in the immediate location and to generate qualified leads for immediate sale. We jumped at the chance to brand the project Ridge Park Estate – named after the central park being delivered by the local council, which our site (and our competitors) surrounded. The narrative then expanded to include the new town centre and surrounding beautiful natural environment. To reinforce the park-front positioning, our CGI team created a series of images bringing the council’s park plans to life, in the most emotionally compelling way possible.
