Comprising just 38 homes in a an exclusive harbourside location, Spring Cove Estate provided a rare opportunity for Our Agency to create a brand and outstanding marketing strategy which was as unique and distinctive as the site itself.
Through collaborative efforts with our client, architects, interior designers, landscape designers, photographers and Our Vision, we brought the idea of Spring Cove to life in a compelling and engaging campaign that set new a benchmark in our field.
A limited edition photographic coffee table book was produced to highlight the magical natural surroundings of a location relatively unknown to most Sydneysiders and even to many local Manly residents. Every image was taken around the site over a period of 10 months and under ideal weather and coastal conditions.
Our Vision’s CGI artists worked closely with the architects and landscape designers to create some of the most inspiring, memorable and distinctive architectural portraits and animation. Their artwork was used for our award-winning marketing and helped our client secure planning permission.
For our passion, dedication and creativity, we were awarded the Excellence in Marketing Residential Estates prize at the prestigious NSW UDIA Awards, and won the Best Property Brochure gong at the Australian Catalogue Awards.
